Its primary purpose is to promote international economic and social cooperation and development. ECOSOC serves as a forum for discussing global economic and social issues and for formulating policy recommendations addressed to member states and the UN system. Delegates in this committee will delve into discussions regarding sustainable development, poverty eradication, gender equality, and more. Through collaboration and negotiation, delegates will work towards crafting resolutions aimed at promoting prosperity and well-being for all.
